Account & Data Deletion
At mytradexAi, you have full sovereignty over your account, trading algorithms, credentials, and personal data. You can permanently delete your account directly through your user dashboard or by reaching out to our support team.
Option 1: Direct In-App Account Deletion (Instant)
Self-service deletion available right inside your user dashboard.
Navigate to Profile Settings
Log in to your dashboard and go to your Profile page (app.mytradexai.com/user/profile) from the left sidebar.
Click 'Delete Account'
Scroll to the bottom 'Delete Account' section and click the red 'Delete Account' button.
Type DELETE & Confirm
Review the permanent deletion warning modal, type 'DELETE' in the confirmation field, and click 'Delete My Account'.
What Will Be Permanently Deleted
When account deletion is executed, all of the following records and assets are permanently purged from active systems and cannot be restored:

Statutory Retention & Policy
While your account credentials, personal profile, broker connections, and trading algorithms are permanently deleted, certain historical invoice and tax transaction records may be retained as required by statutory financial, accounting, and anti-money laundering compliance regulations.
